Our Minister: 
Michael Waugh, formerly of Grand Haven, began his preaching ministry at Farwell Church of Christ on December 31, 2006. Mike has a BS degree in Christian Ministries/ Bible Theology from Great Lakes Christian College. Until 2003, he was pursuing a career as a toolmaker in Grand Haven. At that time he answered God's call and took the difficult steps necessary to educate himself for God's service at Great Lakes. Mike promises to bring vision, devotion and enthusiasm to our service. He has experience preaching at First Christian Church in Ypsilanti, Lakewood Church of Christ, and at several area churches via the pulpit supply ministry at GLCC. He previously served in numerous lay ministry roles at Lighthouse Christian Ministries of Grand Haven. He comes to Farwell with his equally devoted wife Susan and two children.
